Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services offered by your hotel during my stay there from 15th to 23rd June, this year.
Unfortunately, there were a number of problems. First of all, in your advertisement you claim that the hotel is "just minutes" away from the beach. In fact, it took us and other hotel guests thirty minutes to walk to the beach. Not only that, but when we finally got there we were shocked to see that it was full of rubbish.
As for the room, though your advertisement stated that every room had a view of the ocean, ours overlooked the hotel’s busy and noisy car park. In addition, the four-star hotel restaurant that you advertised was closed for renovations. Moreover, when we tried room service, we found that no one would answer the phone at the reception desk after 11 pm, even though the hotel supposedly has twenty-four hour room service.
All in all, I am extremely disappointed, and feel I am entitled to a partial refund of the money I paid you. I look forward to your reply.
