"Джессика и Малкольм хотели сделать некоторые специальные пункты в брачном договоре. У Джессики есть дом, который она
унаследовала от своих родителей. Она хочет, чтобы этот дом остался ей в случае развода и если у них есть дети. Дом будет ее как часть ее наследства. Естественно фамильные драгоценности останутся ее также и будут переданы ее детям, если у них будут они. Джессика хочет упомянуть ее новую
мебель и ее автомобиль в контракте как собственность, которая будет принадлежать ей и Малкольму. Эти пункты станут их после брака. Дом загородом и электронное оборудование, которое Джессика и Малкольм купили вместе, будет их согласно контракту. В случае развода они будут проданы, и деньги будут разделены между ними. Малкольм, в свою очередь, хочет упомянуть в контракте небольшую пекарню, которой он владеет, и его автомобиль будет его, а не их.

"Jessica and Malcolm wanted to make some special points in marriage contract. Jessica has a house which she inherited from her parents. She wants this house to remain hers in case of divorce and if they have children. The house will be hers as part of her legacy. Naturally the family jewels will remain hers as well and will be passed down to her children if they have them. Jessica wants to mention her new
furniture and her car in the contract as the property that will belong to her and Malcolm. These items will become theirs after marriage. The cottage in the country and the electronic equipment that Jessica and Malcolm bought together will be theirs according to the contract. In case of divorce they will be sold and the money will be divided between them. Malcolm, in his turn, wants to mention in the contract small bakery he owns and his car will be his that the and not theirs.
At the same time he wants to sell his shares and his flat in town and spend the money on a new house which will be theirs inherited by their children."
